Yes. Before we print or manufacture your order, we send you a digital proof of the design, layout, or artwork for review.

You're responsible for checking the proof carefully for spelling, colors, dimensions, and layout before giving your final approval. Once a proof is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp), we're not responsible for errors that appeared in the approved proof but weren't flagged before production began.

For confirmed orders, we produce and send you the first piece or sample for approval before processing the remainder of the order. You'll need to review it carefully for quality, color, dimensions, material, and finish, and approve it in writing.

You'll be responsible for the sample-making cost, as set out in our Sample Request Policy. This cost is communicated to you at the time the sample is produced. Any refund due is processed after this cost is deducted, and returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Yes, you can cancel or modify a confirmed order any time before production, preparation, or the scheduled service date, subject to our cancellation terms.

Cancelling before production or preparation has started carries a fee of 10% of the order value or AED 200, whichever is lower, to cover design, prepress, or booking costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to charge for the work completed and any materials, equipment, or staff time already committed, in addition to the standard cancellation fee.

Not entirely. Card payments are subject to a processing fee charged by the payment gateway, which can't be refunded — so cancelled card payments are refunded net of this charge.

Because items like signage, cutout letters, banners, flags, stationery, and uniforms are manufactured specifically to your approved specifications, they can't be returned or refunded once production has begun — except where the product is defective or doesn't match the approved proof due to a production error on our part.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Furniture, golf carts, display stands, backdrops, and barriers rented from us remain the property of Formset Advertising FZ-LLC at all times.

A security deposit may be required before rental equipment is delivered or collected. This will be confirmed with you during the quotation process.

You're responsible for the equipment for the duration of the rental period, and will be charged for any damage, loss, or late return beyond the agreed date.

Yes, but cancelling close to the scheduled delivery or collection date may result in your deposit being forfeited, since the equipment and logistics are reserved in advance. The applicable notice period will be confirmed when your booking is made.

Event management, decor, and branding installation bookings (such as vehicle, wall, or panel branding) reserve staff, materials, and scheduling specifically for your date, so a deposit may apply. This is confirmed when your booking is made.

Cancellation terms depend on how close to the scheduled date you cancel, and your deposit may be non-refundable if cancelled with insufficient notice. Our team will confirm the applicable terms when your booking is confirmed.

Please make sure the site is accessible and ready as agreed — additional charges may apply if our team can't begin work due to site access issues on the scheduled date.

Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, or of a service or installation being completed. If the fault is confirmed as a production or installation error on our part, we'll reprint, repair, or redo the affected work at no additional cost.

If the issue traces back to specifications or artwork you approved, you can choose to proceed as-is or request a modification for a small additional fee.

For printed items, we make every effort to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of print production, a variance of up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity may occur, and will be charged or credited on a run-on cost basis.

Yes — free delivery is available across all seven UAE Emirates, with most orders arriving within 1–4 business days.

Yes, we deliver, collect, and install across all GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Delivery and installation charges depend on the destination, order size, and scope of work, and are confirmed as part of your quotation.

Yes — unless otherwise agreed, orders are ready for collection from our premises once production is complete. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee if you'd prefer that option.

Timelines depend on the product or service type, complexity, and quantity ordered. We confirm an estimated timeline once your quote is agreed and any required proof or design is approved. Rush orders may be accommodated where schedules allow, subject to an additional fee.

Please make sure your delivery or site address and contact details are complete and correct. We're not liable for delays or failed deliveries or installations caused by an incorrect or invalid address, and a further attempt following a failed visit may incur an additional charge.

Occasionally, delivery or installation may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, traffic or road closures, extreme weather, or other force majeure events. We'll keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
