Shipping policy
Formset Advertising FZ-LLC delivers, collects, and installs signage, printed materials, displays, rental equipment, and event setups for clients across all GCC countries. This policy explains how your order reaches you, and how any on-site installation is arranged.
1. Collection & Delivery Options
- Unless otherwise agreed, orders are ready for collection from our premises once production is complete.
- Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee depending on your location and the size of your order — let us know when we confirm your quote if you would like this option.
2. On-Site Installation & Event Setup
For services that require on-site work — such as signage installation, vehicle or wall branding, backdrops, display stands, or event setup — we schedule a suitable date and time with you in advance. Please ensure the site is accessible and ready as agreed; additional charges may apply if our team cannot begin work due to site access issues on the scheduled date.
3. Rental Equipment Delivery & Collection
Furniture, golf carts, display stands, and other rental equipment are delivered and collected on the dates agreed at the time of booking. We recommend checking the equipment's condition at both delivery and collection, as you are responsible for it during the rental period.
4. Delivery Notification
We will notify you by email, phone, or WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready for collection or dispatch, or to confirm an installation or rental date.
5. Delivery Areas & Charges
We currently deliver and install across all GCC countries. Delivery and installation charges depend on the destination, size of the order, and scope of work, and will be confirmed with you as part of your quotation.
6. Delivery & Installation Timeframes
Timelines depend on the product or service type, complexity, and quantity ordered. An estimated timeline is confirmed once your quote is agreed and any required proof or design is approved. Rush orders may be accommodated where schedules allow, subject to an additional fee.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure the delivery or site address and contact details you provide are complete and correct. Formset Advertising is not liable for delays or failed deliveries or installations caused by an incorrect or invalid address, and a further attempt following a failed visit may incur an additional charge.
8. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, delivery or installation may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, traffic or road closures, extreme weather, or other events of force majeure. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
