These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and any purchase, booking, or rental made with Formset Advertising FZ-LLC. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Formset Advertising FZ-LLC provides signage, printing, display, event, branding, and rental solutions across all GCC countries, including:

  • Signage & Printing — 3D, acrylic, and backlit signage, cutout letters, banner and flag printing, and business stationery
  • Displays & Backdrops — event backdrops, pop-up and exhibition stands, and poster printing
  • Events, Branding & Rental — event management, decor, wall and vehicle branding, furniture and golf cart sales and rental, crowd-control barriers, and uniforms

3. Enquiries, Quotations & Pricing

We do not display fixed prices on this website, since signage, printing, event, and rental requirements vary by size, material, and specification. To get a quote, fill in the form on the relevant service page. Our team will then contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email to discuss your requirements and confirm a tailored price before any order or booking is made.

We aim to offer competitive, market-rate pricing across the GCC. If you have received a lower quotation for a genuinely comparable product or service from another provider, let us know when our team contacts you — we will review it and do our best to match or improve on it, at our discretion.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Once a price is agreed, payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash, as confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
  • If paying by bank transfer, please email us proof of payment before we begin production, rental preparation, or event planning.
  • Local and international bank transfers can take a few days to reflect. Work will only begin once payment has been confirmed in our account.
  • For event management, rental, and installation bookings, we may require an advance deposit to secure your date and reserve equipment or staff. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed during the quotation process.
  • A penalty of AED 200 applies in the event of a bounced cheque.

5. VAT

Formset Advertising FZ-LLC is registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates under Tax Registration Number (TRN) 105005229700003. VAT is charged at the standard UAE rate of 5% on applicable goods and services. If you would like your VAT details reflected on your invoice, please email us the relevant documentation.

6. Orders, Proofs & Bookings

All signage and printed materials are produced according to the design, dimensions, and specifications you approve in a digital proof before production begins. Event, rental, and installation bookings are confirmed once you accept the quoted price and any required deposit is received. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Sample Approval

  • For confirmed orders, the first piece or sample of the product will be produced and sent to you for approval before the remainder of the order is processed.
  • You must review the sample carefully for quality, colour, dimensions, material, and overall finish before giving your written approval via email or WhatsApp.
  • If you approve the sample, the remaining quantity will be produced according to the approved sample specifications.
  • If you disapprove or reject the sample, you are bound to pay the sample-making cost as per our Sample Request Policy. The applicable cost will be communicated to you at the time of sample production.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after the sample cost has been deducted and will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Delivery

9. Retention of Ownership & Rental Equipment

Until you have paid all sums owed to us in full, ownership of any purchased goods remains with Formset Advertising FZ-LLC. If the goods are in your possession before full payment is received, you hold them in trust for us and must keep them clearly identifiable as our property. Furniture, golf carts, display stands, and other rental equipment always remain our property; you are responsible for their care and safe return during the agreed rental period.

10. Intellectual Property

Any designs, artwork, or layouts created by us as part of your order remain the intellectual property of Formset Advertising FZ-LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approval of a proof licenses you to use the final artwork for the specific product or service ordered, and does not transfer ownership of underlying design files.

11. Force Majeure

Formset Advertising FZ-LLC will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, lockouts, riots, floods, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, epidemic or quarantine restrictions, government restrictions, war, or shortages of materials, equipment, or transport.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to your order or booking is limited to the value of that order or booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from third-party venues, sites, or vehicles that are not under our control during installation or event services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order or booking will apply to it.
